   Michelle Ferry, a certified Reiki practitioner since May 19, 2007, is trained in the Usui Shiki
Ryoho system of natural healing. She is a member of the International
Association of Reiki Practitioners.
Michelle sees each person as a unique individual above and
beyond the sum of his or her parts. By rebalancing an individual’s
interconnected physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, wellness can
be achieved.
Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from
Southern Oregon University in 2002. After dabbling in radio, print journalism,
and screenwriting, she resolved to become a healer rather than vying for a
teeming limelight. Raised by a mother who used nothing more than healthy food,
an aloe plant, aspirin and hard candy to heal her children, Michelle became
inspired to help others through alternative medicine.
Michelle is currently studying acupuncture, Chinese herbs
and nutrition at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in t="on">t="on">Chicago, and will graduate in September 2008
In her spare time, Michelle likes to bike, practice yoga,
socialize, dance, write and run.
